My name is Phil Gingerich and I am the president and owner of The Gingerich Design Center. Thank you for visiting us here online.
In 1986, we began our journey towards becoming The Villages’ residential home organization provider of choice. I opened this business because I have a passion of transforming people and spaces. Nearly 35 years later, I am still relentless in that pursuit.
We have built our reputation on excellence, craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. And today, our experienced team has partnered with hundreds of neighbors and businesses, designing and installing innovative solutions that change the way you live and work.
When I’m not at The Gingerich Design Center, you can find me with my wife, Ronda Gingerich, planning new adventures — both business and personal. We take every opportunity possible to spend time with neighbors and colleagues making The Villages the best hometown it can be. In our downtime, we can be found at the beach, often with one (or all) of our four children.
